1. Overview of Services

By purchasing or participating in any ​services offered by Karen Stultz CHt, CIWC or KJ Stultz Enterprizes, including but not limited to coaching programs, hypnotherapy sessions, group programs, workshops, masterclasses, and digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All services are designed to support personal growth, emotional wellness, empowerment, and life transformation. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Client Responsibility

By engaging in these services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

  • You understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your participation, commitment, and personal circumstances.

  • You agree to take full responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after working together

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Karen Stultz is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Coach, not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or therapist.

Services provided:

  • Do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions

  • Are not intended to replace professional medical or mental health care

If you are experiencing a medical or psychological condition, you agree to seek appropriate licensed professional support.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full or according to an agreed payment plan prior to receiving services.

  • Payment plans are a commitment to complete all agreed payments.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Refund Policy (Please Read Carefully)

Coaching Programs, Sessions & Services

Due to the nature of transformational coaching and hypnotherapy services:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once services have been delivered or initiated.

If a cancellation request is made prior to the start of a program, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Karen Stultz, minus any administrative or processing fees.

Digital Products & Masterclasses: All digital products, recordings, and downloadable materials are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Payment Plans: Payment plans are not a pay-per-session arrangement; they are a commitment to the full program.

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or early termination.

All remaining payments must be completed as agreed.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Repeated rescheduling may result in termination of services without refund.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and session content will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. You agree to respect the confidentiality of group programs and not share personal information of other participants.

8. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment:

  • Respectful, honest, and cooperative communication is expected.

  • Any inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (workbooks, recordings, processes, frameworks, etc.) are the intellectual property of Karen Stultz. These materials may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

10. Results Discla​imer

While many clients experience powerful breakthroughs and transformation:

  • Results vary from person to person

  • No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, income, health, or life results

  • Your success is based on your own effort, openness, and personal alignment.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating in these services, you agree to release and hold harmless Karen Stultz from any liability, damages, or claims arising from your participation.

12. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in any services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms

  • You voluntarily enter into this agreement
